   January 11, 2008 - Progeny of Lexjam

Two members of Lexjam, Scott Whiddon and Brian Powers, will be performing with their indie-country band "Some Other Meanness" at the Dame on Saturday, Jan 19. They are opening for NYC power poppers The Murder Mystery and Lexington's own The Scourge of the Sea. Doors at 9, Some Other Meanness at 10pm, and a mere 5 bucks.

Another outgrowth of LexJam, "The Old Vine Street Social and Pleasure Club" featuring Scott Whiddon, Arthur Rouse, Brian Powers, Tom Martin and others will "N'awlins things up" at Al's Bar for Mardi Gras on the evening of Feb. 5. At some point during the evening, "Some Other Meanness" will perform a set, as well. We do hope you can join us and would appreciate your assistance in engaging in a little viral marketing by passing this around.

Thanks!
Tom
