I ask you to bless all of those

who are today suffering in New York,

Washington, and Pennsylvania.

I ask You to welcome all of the innocent souls

who were killed today into Your open arms in Heaven.

Please give comfort to the injured and ease their pain.

Please aid the rescue workers, keep them safe,

and give them the strength and courage to go on.

Please bless the families of all those

who were injured or killed today.

Show them Your love.

Please bless all of the doctors,

nurses, and hospital workers

who are faced with such difficult odds.

Thank You, Heavenly Father,

for listening to my prayer.
