::::::::Making Sense Out of Senseless Acts

Perhaps difficult to understand -- we live in confusing times...
...I sin, yet, I do not aim to sin in the name of God.
...For those that believe, God is our refuge.

       Terrorist have chosen to kill...
...They kill in the name of [their God].
...Their devotion to bringing death is their refuge.
...Their means to an end to be with [their God].

I could never conform to their thinking -- I will not make them just in their cause...
...Most frightening is their resolve of honor in the bringing of death.
...More frightening is what such honor must mean to them.

They despise our way of thinking, our way of life, and our beliefs...
...Religions that I am familiar with enlighten people
...Religions that I am familiar with value life as sacred.

...Terrorists believe people that disagree with their beliefs
... Should be delivered unto death.

In many ways this is a Holy War... yet... not so.
...They deliver terror that is packaged [in religious] beliefs.
...The lines have been drawn... the lines have been blurred.
...Terrorists delivered unto us because we do not believe as they.
...Terrorists are correct in [their minds] -- I do not believe as they.
...America is [hunting them] because of [their acts] of murder and terror.

Saying that all religion is bad is incorrect.
...Most belief systems are flawed by the human element.
...We are imperfect creatures... we are imperfection at its best.
